Emily Young is a mother of four girls who has a passion for helping others reconnect with themselves and discover what they truly love. She brings a warm, intuitive, and creative approach to emotional wellness through writing, drawing, and emotional processing.

Through guided prompts and creative expression, Emily creates a safe space to explore the emotions that arise, understand what they may be revealing, and give those feelings a place to be seen and expressed.

She loves discovering new and meaningful ways to help people uncover their strengths, passions, and inner voice—because sometimes, the path back to yourself begins with simply giving yourself permission to feel, create, and explore.

Heather Larsen Coaching is founded by Heather Larsen, a lifelong resident of Cache Valley who loves all that the area has to offer. Heather is married with two children and a collection of pets. She holds a bachelor’s degree from BYU-Idaho and a master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness from Grand Canyon University.

Heather is a licensed behavioral health coach, certified family life coach, and mindfulness coach. Through experiencing different trials in her own life, she has developed a deep understanding of empathy, compassion, and the importance of support. While overcoming high levels of anxiety was challenging, Heather learned how mindfulness and faith could help her navigate difficult seasons and find greater peace and resilience.

These experiences inspired Heather to pursue the work she does today. She believes there is strength in developing faith, practicing yoga and meditation, gaining education and understanding, and working toward meaningful goals. Heather firmly believes that the time invested in building confidence and courage is never wasted, even in the midst of stress and anxiety.
